A revolutionary discovery of new thermowood  method  was performed in the beginning of 90th in Finland, the country with developed timber industry. This method has a supersaturated vapor to 185-230C(degrees) which allows to modify the structure of wood in molecular level and remove causes of biological transmutation appearance in the wood.

With ecologically safe production and without using chemical additives any kind of wood gets some unique permanent properties such as radical reduction of moisture absorption, unchangeability of dimensions and high-toned shade.

As a result you get unique material: beautifully toned wood of any profile and it doesn't get attacked by corrosion. Whole world knows this technology as Thermowood. A lot of construction materials which around us made by Thermowood tech. We just  simply do not notice.

There is only one big Thermocell in Russia which has 24 cubic meter wood capacity for one time loading. Made by Finnish company “Jartek OY”, the world leader of thermoequipment industry, Thermocell with integrated complex of modernized drying equipment now is introduced in Russia.

SIZE STABILITY
When thermoprocess is end the stability of dimensions with any changes in moisture and temperature of environment improves to 10-15 times. The risk of swelling reduces upon 90%. It means a wood gets immunity to any type of corrosion.

ABSORBABILITY
Wood moisture has only 4%-8%. That 4-6 times lower than after simple drying. Moisture absorption reduces to 5 times. A drop of collected  moisture is 10 times faster. Even during long-time influence of moisture the maximum humidity doesn’t exceed 8%-10%. Alteration of dimensions reduces to 3-4 times. This wood doesn’t rot and doesn’t get a corrosion even in water!

BIOLOGICAL DURABILITY
Steadiness to biological defeats raise up to 25 times. Wood  is able to be corrupted to polysaccharide because of high temperature in the cell. In this case when a moisture get low level the rising and breeding of mould  and other micro-organisms get removed. Displaying an unique steadiness to decay the thermowood doesn't need to be covered by antiseptic compositions.

THERMOCONDUCTION
Thermoisolated characteristics improve up to 30%. That makes thermowood to be an ideal material for installation of sauna, bath, external and internal trimming.

SOLIDITY OF WOODSTRUCTURE
The surface of thermowood push water away and doesn't absorb moisture from air. Absence of resin and very low weight refered to advantages of thermomaterial than material dried conventionally.

ENVIRONMENT
Steam and temperature is the only conditions which doesn't envisage injections of some chemical supplements at thermotreatment process. In result the product keeps staying ecologically cleaned and exceptionally neutral to human.

AESTHETIC
Thermotreatment notably improves aesthetical value of material giving to it a look of wood exposed by long-time term (more than 100 years). At the same time texture is displayed that raises its decorative attributes. Saturated noble shade which is similar to all section is achieved by alteration in the structure of wood and not by toning. Even having cheap cost wood  it's possible to give an external look of valuable breed. In further the thermowood can be exposed by mechanical treatment and according to wish of the customer covered up by varnish.

SAUNA AND BATH INSTALLATION
Thermowood practically doesn't absorb a moisture, doesn't swell, in distinction of standard materials doesn't excrete a resin. Moreover, retaining steam and heat it is essentially not getting hot which makes a staying in heater more comfortable. You don't have to use paint in sauna, because thermowood has different shades. Heightened biological stability makes this material irreplaceable when creating public bath. Strike risk of mould is reduced to 25 times.  Attached to this functional preferences thermotreated wood also is 100% ecologically cleaned and exceptionally neutral to human.

WINDOWS
Material works on principle “stays firmly”, doesn't swell and, in distinction of simple frames doesn't require an additional protection and a repeated painting in many years of exploitation. Moreover, the thermowood index of conduction is essentially better than index of conventional wood. This index applies to reduce warm losses in winter and keep cooling in summer.

DOORS
Noble shade, constancy of dimensions and environment are parameters of thermowood which make it to be an undoubted leader among other materials.

LADDERS
Owing to uniformity of color to all structure the ladder elements from thermowood doesn't require a make-up when deteriorated.

FLOOR BOARD, PARQUET, PARQUET SLAB
Strong similar structure and stability of dimensions of thermowood gives unique ultramodern look to the floor without cracks and a need of additional ties. Thermotreated wood may be combined with board from conventional wood, creating beautiful design and giving huge space of fantasy for designer.
